We have the memberships of all the major auto auctions and are capable of shipping any kind of on-demand vehicle.

01 Discuss Requirements

The “Discuss Requirements” step is a crucial part of our car on-demand service. During this stage, we will work with you to understand your specific needs and expectations for your vehicle. We will gather important information about your requirements and use that information to provide customized solutions that meet your unique requirements. Our goal is to ensure that your vehicle runs smoothly and that you’re completely satisfied with our services.

02 Service Fee

Please pay for a service fee, generally a portion of the total car money.
In most cases 30% of the total car cost is required.
This will commence our services including searching for your dream car.

03 Search For Vehicle

We will start searching for your vehicle at both auctions and local dealerships.
To ensure that we find you the best matched vehicle according to your requirements, we will search in all auctions in Japan and use our local connections as well.

04 Car Auction Bidding

We will bid the vehicle in local live auction. These auctions are very well regulated, and the automobiles are all checked before getting registered into the auction.
We will do a pre-bidding inspection as well to ensure high quality and standards.
After inspection, we will bid the car with the pre-discussed budget and strive to win by the best bid.

05 Payment

After successfully bid for your car, we would send you the invoice of the vehicle.
Kindly pay as below to ensure smooth transactions:
After a successful bid we will issue the invoice next day.

30% of the invoice amount (CNF Invoice) within 2 Working days of Invoice date.
70% after shipment
B/L will be released after 100% payment.

06 Shipment

As soon as we receive your payment, we will send you a confirmation email and we will also begin the shipping procedure of your vehicle at the same moment. We will inform you the scheduled date of shipment within next 5 working days. Upon completion of shipment and departure of the shipping vessel, we will send you all the necessary documents to receive your vehicle at the port of destination.

07 Documents

Upon completion of shipment and departure of the shipping vessel, we will send you all the necessary documents to receive your vehicle at the port of destination.

08 Custom Clearance

Please be advised, Clearance charges and Customs duties are solely buyer’s responsibility, and the buyer is liable for all the charges occurring at the port of destination. We are unable to provide any services regarding these charges and duties from Japan.
