The customer acknowledges that all vehicles are sold “as-is”, and that Japan Wheels LLC. will not be responsible for any damages or expenses arising from the purchase or use of any vehicle.

Limitation of Liability: Japan Wheels LLC. will not be liable for any damages or expenses arising from the purchase or use of any vehicle, including, but not limited to, incidental, consequential, or indirect damages. In no event will Japan Wheels LLC. s liability exceed the purchase price of the vehicle.

Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising from the purchase or use of a vehicle sold by Japan Wheels LLC. will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Japanese Arbitration Association. The customer agrees to waive any right to a trial by jury or to participate in a class action.
  7. Governing Law: These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, and any action arising from the purchase or use of a vehicle sold by Japan Wheels LLC. will be brought in the country of Japan.
